If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

7Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined in the ”Definitions” section below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to PELLEQUR, LLC, 136 S. BEVERLY DRIVE, BEVERLY HILLS, CA 90212.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to PELLQUR, accessible from

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with Our Terms and Conditions and Our Return and Refund Policy.

Duplicate Orders 

If You have placed the same Order more than once, You must contact Our support team immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be successful as it depends on the status of Your Order at the time your cancellation request is reviewed. 

Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that do not meet the return conditions stated below in our sole discretion. Any Goods returned without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be accepted, exchanged, or refunded. We generally DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.

Return and Exchange

Only a defective Zen Pen ( can be returned according to this Return and Refund Policy. We DO NOT offer any refund for returned Goods. If You decide to return a defective Zen Pen, We will replace the defective one with a new one. Upon discovering the defect, You shall send an email to [email protected], describing in detail what was wrong with the Good. Once Your return request is approved, You shall return the defective Good to Us as per Our instructions sent to You via email. You can return the defective Good within five (5) days after the date of its delivery.

Entering Incorrect Information When Placing Your Order (address, quantity, etc.)

If you enter incorrect information when placing Your Order, then You should email Our support team at [email protected] immediately and request an update of such information. If We receive Your email BEFORE Your Goods ship, then We can update Your information as requested. But please make every effort to ensure Your Order is placed correctly. Once Your Goods are shipped, We cannot update any information You entered when placing Your Order.
